From One Fighter to Another

STOP. BELIEVING. YOUR. FALSE. TRUTHS.

Your mind can be very manipulative, misleading, and could be a constant voice in the back of your head screaming and reminding you of your biggest fears, and deepest insecurities. We tend to believe everything we think because why wouldn’t we? Our thoughts must come from somewhere, right? But when anxiety or depression spark, it consumes us. It creates overbearing thoughts that are so distraught and we start to believe them. And what does believing false truths do? Continues to make your mind feel worse. 

DON'T. LET. YOUR . MIND. WIN.

It all starts within yourself. You have the power to feel better. You have the power to transform your thoughts into positives instead of negatives and You are capable of anything you put your mind to. 

KEEP PUSHING.

There are going to be setback days. There will be bad days. There are going to be days where your mind wins, and that’s okay! But that cannot define your every day life or you will fall exactly where you started.  Instead, get up, be active, eat clean, drink water, take your vitamins, and FIGHT.

The most important and natural healer of all; controlling your breathing. Controlling your breathing controls your body and forces it to slow down. 

Let’s do it together, long slow  i n h a l e and slow e x h a l e

Exhale all toxicity that your brain is wrongfully compelling. Think of where you are, and become grounded. Take time for yourself, find comfort within you.  It is entirely possible.

Lastly, just Be Kind

Kindness comes a long way. People do not know what's going on in your head, and you don't know what's going on in theirs. Lend a helping hand. Reach out to people. Ask for help, and offer help. Make a difference in this cruel world. Be you.
